While waiting for the Jidai Matsuri parade to arrive on this bridge, I heard a capella singing. Under the bridge and by the river, teenagers in small huddles were vocalizing. I knew immediately that this was worth investigating.
After a few minutes of warming up, a group went behind the microphones and performed High School Musical and You Can’t Stop The Beat from Hairspray. I think they had a hand in stopping the rain from falling that day.
